What locations are daVinci’s VIP Rewards valid?
daVinci’s VIP Rewards are only valid at our five Lincoln, Nebraska locations.
How do I earn points?
Once you have enrolled, you will earn one point for every dollar spent. Valid on dine in, carry-out and delivery. Taxes and tips are not included.
Do my points or rewards expire?
Points do not expire, however, there are expiration dates on all rewards and coupon codes.
How do I connect my VIP Rewards account when ordering online?
These are two separate accounts connected by an email address. When setting up your online ordering account you must use the same email address as your VIP Rewards account. If you have already set-up your Online Ordering account, you must use the same email address for your VIP Rewards account to receive your points.
How do I redeem rewards when ordering online?
You must login prior to placing your order to select your reward. From www.davincis.com home page click on “ORDER ONLINE”. On the next screen click “Log In”. Enter your email and password. You must use the same email as your VIP Rewards account. If you do not have an Online Ordering account click on “REGISTER”. Again, you must use the same email address as your VIP Rewards account. You will be taken to the Online Ordering home page and you can proceed with your order. Any rewards you have available will be listed at the bottom of the white box on the right hand side of the screen. If you want to use your reward click “Add”.
How do I receive my points when ordering on the phone or in the restaurant?
With the phone number you used when signing up for the VIP Rewards program. Whether you call in your order or order at one of our restaurants; give the employee taking your order your phone number, they will then connect your VIP Rewards account to your order and your points will be applied.
Can I opt out of receiving emails?
To opt out of receiving VIP Reward emails you can edit your profile by clicking on “Click here for your VIP account/points” under the sign up button below. Sign in to your account and under “Contact Permissions and Preferences” you will select if you would like to receive emails or not. If you choose not to receive emails, this will stop you from receiving your rewards. You will still accumulate points, but no reward emails will be sent thus halting your rewards.
