ROOM CAPACITY & AVAILABILITY
- Each side of the room seats 25–30 guests.
- The entire space can accommodate up to 50–60 guests.
- The room is available daily, based on reservation availability.
RESERVATION & FEES
- The party room can be reserved as either:
- One Side: $100.00 rental fee
- Whole Room: $175.00 rental fee
- The room rental fee is waived if your party orders:
- $100.00 or more in food for one side
- $175.00 or more in food for the whole space
(Food total must be before tax and tip)
- A $50.00 cleaning deposit is required. It will be refunded after your event if only normal cleanup is needed. If the carpet is stained or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit will be withheld.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
- All food and beverages must be purchased from daVinci’s.
- The only outside food items allowed are cake and ice cream for celebrations.
- No other outside food or beverages are permitted.
AMENITIES
- Complimentary WiFi access.
- Access to AV equipment (please request in advance for setup).
- Optional on-site server available for $20.00/hour (please request when booking).
MENU OPTIONS
- Hosts preselect a limited menu in advance.
- Guests order individually at the front counter.
DECORATIONS & CLEANUP
- You are welcome to decorate for your event!
- Please do not use tape, tacks, nails, or adhesives that could damage walls or surfaces.
- No glitter is allowed in the party room.
- All decorations must be removed after your event.
- Guests are responsible for cleanup—please leave the room as you found it.
