What locations are daVinci’s VIP Rewards valid?
daVinci’s VIP Rewards are only valid at our five Lincoln, Nebraska locations.
How do I earn points?
Once you have enrolled, you will earn one point for every dollar spent. Valid on dine in, carry-out and delivery. Taxes and tips are not included.
Do my points or rewards expire?
Points will expire because there are expiration dates on all rewards and coupon codes. Expiration dates vary depending on the reward.
How do I redeem rewards when ordering online?
You must login prior to placing your order to select your reward. From www.davincis.com click on “ORDER NOW”. Then click on “Sign in to earn rewards”. Enter your email and password. Click on “Review Rewards Coupons” for any rewards you have available and also see your points total.
How do I receive my points when ordering on the phone or in the restaurant?
With the phone number you used when signing up for the VIP Rewards program. Whether you call in your order or order at one of our restaurants; give the employee taking your order your phone number, they will then connect your VIP Rewards account to your order and your points will be applied.
Can I opt out of receiving emails?
To change your subscription preferences click on the link at the bottom of any VIP Rewards email you received from rewards@m.davincisviprewards.com. You can edit your profile under Permissions and Preferences or you can delete your VIP Rewards account any time. After you login to your account click on “Welcome” and at the bottom select delete account. All of your data will be safely removed from our system, but you can still order online.
